On Saturday Night the Boys took the field after a much needed 1 week off to rest up from the busy schedule and Windsor before that. AJ Padmore took the mound for the ball club in search of win #4 and the team was looking for win #14. AJ took the ball and ran with it throwing a Complete Game 1 Hit shutout picking up 9 K’s and only walking 3. The offence was scattered through out the night with everyone making a contribution. Jacob Linhares 2 for 3, Johnny Fagnola 2 for 3, the eventual game winning hit came from Mike Cecchetto in the 3rd inning where he hit the first pitch he saw over the left field fence for a 3-run Home Run and his first of his junior career.

While going into the game missing several starters the ball club played flawless errorless baseball and helped register the 5th team shutout of the season.
