The offence slashed out 11 hits and drew 9 walks on its way to putting up 13 runs in a mercy shortened 13-2 7 inning victory. Offensive standouts included Ryan Whealy 2-3, Dennis Dei Banning 2-4 3 RBIS, Gianfranco Morello 3-3 2 RBI’s, and Julian Nolfi 1-2 3 RBI’s.

The ball club got a bit of a scare in the 3rd inning when there lead off man and starting second basemen Matt Voight had to leave the game with a  rolled ankle as well as in the 6th inning catcher Tommy Nguyen had to leave with a banged up left arm. Due to the size and depth of the ball club Gabe Nakonechny and Johnny Fagnola were inserted respectively and the boys didn’t miss a stride.
