The Braves finished off there season Saturday afternoon losing a 3-2 ball game to Newmarket. They dropped Game 1 of the Final Four weekend earlier in the day to East York in a Slugfest losing 10-7. The boys played hard all season and up until the last pitch on Saturday afternoon. They finished with a total combined record this summer of 25-8-1. The ball club is graduating 7 great ball players and even better individuals. We would like to thank: Adam Marra, Tyler Whealy, James Park, Steve Jannetta, Justin Hii, Adam Raithby, and Nick Sczymczk for everything they gave to the ball club during there tenure and wish them the best of luck in there future endeavors.
The offseason is going to be a busy one to replace the 7 players lost to the age limitation but the coaching staff and management team is up to the task. This season was another step toward High Park being put back onto the map in the OBA as a ball club that is classy and can play and compete with the best.
